Returns Policy

At HMS Stay in the Game, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may return any unused and unopened sports tape products purchased from HMS Stay in the Game within 10 business days of the purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your sports tape product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team within 10 business days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the exchange process and provide further instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective sports tape product, please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
